- ระบุกระบวนการทำงานหรือระบบข้อมูลของบริษัทเพื่อเสนอเเนวทางการพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ดีขึ้น
- ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและตรวจสอบให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานการพัฒนาเเละเเก้ไขของหน่วยงาน
- ตรวจสอบศูนย์กระจายสินค้าต่างๆให้อยู่ในมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อวางเเผนเเละจัดอบรม
