Benchmarked and analyzed competitor movement in terms of product, price and promotions to reviewed and developed product positioning and strategy. Set up and developed Distributors to expand market coverage to every provinces in Thailand with given territory, sales target, promotion under agreed responsibilities and rules based on fairness benefits from the company by arranging Quarterly Distributor Meeting. Managed and supported dealers in their Business Management Systems to drive Sales to meet Corporate and Segment goal/target e.g. retail customer seminar, marketing event, national exhibition, mass/local promotion to end-user as well as other marketing tools. Enhanced business relationship with the local customers by arranging management visit and conducting elegant seminar to our VIP customers; Bridgestone, Yokohama, Sumitomo, Toyo Tire, Michelin, Goodyear and etc. Effectively managed sales target for overseas and business trip in Japan, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and India. Developed reporting system and updated market situation in order to determine appropriated marketing strategy to manage customer portfolio. Periodically reviewed long term agreement and renewal contract with the key customers to retain customer loyalty to the company. Performed full responsibility on the technical service to handle customer complaint, plant audit and technical support to all domestic and overseas customers. Studied new project for business expansion by providing product and market study, process selection, R&D evaluation, and feasibility study report to the top management. Contributed in CSR committee (Corporate Social Responsibility) in order to encourage every function to have fully implementation to get certify from MASCI (Management System of Certification Institute) and Department of Industrial Works (สถาบันรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO ร่วมกับ กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม).
