ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Perform microbial testing for starting material, bulk products and finished products
Perform microbial testing for cleaning validation.
Perform microbial testing for process validation in case of microbiological part.
Perform microbiological method validation.
Perform microbial testing for Environmental monitoring in production which includes air, people, equipment and floor drain.
Perform the chemical and microbial tests of water supply for manufacturing use.
To support new project work in terms of Microbial test.
Perform PET test.
Be responsible for stock of test organisms, so that stock cultures are of pure strains and is satisfactory/ optional condition. Ensure that pathogenic microorganisms are killed before disposal and do not spread or contaminate to other areas.
Be responsible for calibration that be assigned by the superior. (Incubator , Hot air oven, Lab refrigerator, Deep freezer, Analytical balance, pH meter, Autoclave, Water bath).
Co-responsible for housekeeping, cleanliness and safety in the microbiological laboratory, also responsible for taking care of laboratory facilities to keep them in good condition and ready for use.
Perform other related jobs that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Equipment qualification, prepare protocol of IQ, OP and PQ, direct contact with supplier.
Maintain the monthly cost to be purchasing (issue the PO) in microbiological laboratory and direct contact with supplier.

Perform microbial testing of Biological Indicator for sterilization validation and other relate job.
Responsible for calibration instrument that be assigned. (Incubator, Data logger)
Responsible for cleanliness in the microbiological laboratory and taking care of laboratory to keep in good condition.
