ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization (Head office @BKK and Factory @Chonburi)
- Install and configure PCs and peripheral devices
- Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problem
- Create a yearly preventive maintenance plan of PCs and peripheral device to prevent break down
- Prepare purchase requisition (IT equipment) by verify specifications and price

- 2018-2019 Team member in Document Management Control systems (DMS-Alfresco) project
Role: E-form developer
- Create E-form and workflow to replace tradition form
- Create End user manual and train the workflow
- 1st line support of workflow system
