1.Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP). Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards. And participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
2.Work with the supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failures. Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities. And collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
3.Provide concise, complete and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) approval or product warrant submission.
4.Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system. Manage and coordinate supplier Parts Per Million (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators.
5.Maintain and update criterial and critical supplier audit system and schedule. Conduct supplier audit to drive process standardization, waste elimination and continuous improvement. Establish specification short / long term supplier quality goal. Drive Zero defects mentality within the supply base.
6.Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with supplier and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances. Resolve supplier technical issue in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. Development long-term supplier relationships and generate and implement cost reduction ideas.
7.Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in as effort to increase the supplier capability of consistently meet requirement. Train Suppliers to effectively execute Supplier Corrective Action Request and Corrective Actions Preventive Actions. Initiate and follow-up Supplier Corrective Actions in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
8.Responsible for driving the Corrective Action and Preventive Action process for all Suppliers. Perform periodic audits of Supplier Quality Systems for the purpose of assuring continued Supplier conformance to the quality system requirement.
Purchase Sr.Engineer
1.Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production. 2.Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time include develop and implement processes and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives. 3.Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in conjunction with members of the purchasing team, support supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand for materials is met include resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjunction with members of purchasing team 1.4 Work to ensure supplier performance is regularly report and that appropriate and timely corrective action is implementing, Conduct supplier audit to drive process standardization, waste elimination and continuous improvement and strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects in as effort to increase the supplier capability of consistently meet requirement.

Customer Quality Engineer of Quality Assurance Division
1.The quality assurance department, customer quality engineering to traceability history, identification lot-no. As production was customer trouble case and proactively manage issues related to product delivery to the customer, resolve, reconcile invoices, account receivable and inventory record balance disputes and collect good record of customer information/ sale related issues and prepare monthly reports.
2.Implementation of corrective actions and monitoring effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction with respect to product quality and delivery quality.
3.Analysis of customer complaints and solve problems using PDCA methodologies include reduction of Internal rejection through QC Tools (also with advanced quality tools).
4.Work with production personnel in an advisory role to assist them with quality issues within their department include escalation of critical product quality and regulatory issues, their investigation/ resolution to ensure compliance & line process continuity.
5.Preparation of ISO documentation procedures, manuals, standards and specifications, auditing the company warehouses for quality, regulatory, safety & security requirements. Prepare and maintain the work distribution documentation (Operations Manual) of production activities (Sun-Assemblies., main assembly, inspection, testing, packing), Floor-Plan Layouts.
6.Approve incoming material from vendors on quality of components, interacting with vendors/plant for improvement in quality, maintain quality inspection records from vendors /Plant. Establishing quality standards; implementing QC systems to enhance quality of products; conducting tests & inspections, ensuring operational effectiveness of equipment. Identifying deviations, areas of non-conformance & undertake relevant modifications.
