ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Ensure that the Quality, Environmental manual and Procedure with according meet to requirement ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 14001:2015
- Ensure that the relations of the organization process according meet customer requirements.
- Context and interested parties understanding the organization context and the needs and expectations of interested parties of the system ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015 and Offered to Top management for approval.
- Review and revised all of process risk assessment according to meet the standard ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Prepared input data of management review according to meet the standard ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 make to management review report and Offered to Top management for approval.
- Prepare documents and the results of corrections from the previous examination, Main auditee and support CB answering questions, analyse root cause (Minor NC or Major NC), containment action, corrective action and preventive action for the results of the evaluation of systems found to be inconsistent with standards ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015
- Customer Audit (Annual Audit , Process Audit , New Model Audit and Process Change Audit) Responsibility : about Evaluate the Self-Audit when the customer requests the assessment , Take care of preparation For supporting audit from customers / receiving audit from customers, Collect and review the results of the analysis of the root causes ,corrective and preventive action all of concerns departments to propose GM approval, Follow up the results according to the due date specified and send the corrective action to the customer, prepared File Present, summarizing the results of the past corrections to customers (before Audit customers)
- Customer Complaints: To coordinate with customer for solving in customer complaints and claim and Assist the team problem solving analysis through the various tools and quality database. Summary report of analysis offered to General Manger for approval.
- Internal Audit: Responsibility of control the internal audit operation to be in according with the plan, main lead auditor team and support consultant about answering questions, Analyse root cause , containment action ,corrective action and preventive action for the results audit found not to be with standard of organization and requirement ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015.
- Activity support system: Determined projects and budgets used in support activities about ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 system. and Collect the budget of each department prepare an annual budget for GM approval.
- Establish documentation and Requirement and training in organization. Summary result objective & Targets, result quality management system and environmental management system report to top management in Management Review.
- Control the training of new staff. And new performance standards. Or new products .and control the activities to raise awareness of the needs of customers effectively.
- Energy management Committee, responsibility Collect energy consumption data and prepare energy management reports submit to Department of Alternative energy Development and efficiency.
- Perform any other related duties as Deputy General Manager may require

- Improvement system and up gauge standard ISO 9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO/TS 16949:2008 to IATF 16949: 2016 without using consultant.

Job BOI and Import-Export;
1. Application Extension of the imported machinery, material.
2. Prepare and submit for max stock, formula and cut stock (control balance)
3. Co-coordinating with shipping and freight forwarders regarding customs processes.
4. Apply for permission to import raw material through the NSW system of the TISI.
5. Chemical report to the Excise Department (every month)
6. Handle and follow up all of Import-Export shipment, domestic transportation
7. Liaise with government, Thai Industrial standards Institute (TISI), Department of Foreign Trade and Excise Department

- Manage and control all of QA QC function.
- Control and manage quality of part all stage (IQA/WIP/FG) to be follow customer requirement.
- Control and get final dispose about "Special Accept" when part have any defect.
- Co-operate and negotiate with customer about quality of part and or inspection criteria and specification.
- Co-operate with concerned team to improve about quality delivery etc. following to customer requirement/standard.
- Supervise the quality lab metrology. Gauging to ensure compliance to standards.
- Control and manage manpower to support all activity with achieve target.
- To coordinate with customer on all quality matters for solving in customer complaints and claim and Assist the team problem solving analysis through the various tools and quality database. Summary report of analysis.
- Work with the team on problem solving initiative and link action and outcome to control plan and FMEA plant inspection points and customer returns.
