Lead Brand development looking to long term horizon
Develop Annual Plans and consumer activation programs
Ensure flawless translation of consumer programs to trade execution
Monitor, analyze and evaluate brand performance and consumer feedback
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze market data
Develop, implement and control advertising and marketing budget
Lead Consumer Activation program at retail to amplify initiatives at point of purchase
Support network, influencer and opinion leader with seeding strategy
Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcome of brand initiatives (sales, marketing, media)
Ensure all brands efforts are in line with national strategy and guidelines
Work directly with wholesale marketing leads to create, implement and track marketing plans based on growth initiatives and key performance indicators: sales and revenue, margin expansion, traffic and increased customer engagement. Work to drive brand and product awareness in all wholesale channels.
