ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Carries out the medical services for Pre-employment, Annual Physical Exam, Executive check up, Medical evaluation and Patient’s consultation
• Assist Physician with clinic minor surgical and non-invasive procedures
• Performs Vital signs, Pulmonary Function Test, Blood extraction, ECG, and papsmear (if without OB-gynecologist and if with consent from the patient)
• Assists cardiologist in treadmill stress test
• Administer medications to patients; oral and parenteral prescribed by the doctor
• Performs Intravenous Catheter insertion
• Part of MediCard Medical Service Team that goes to the client company premises to conduct Annual Physical Exam
• Assists dentist with dental procedures
• ISO Documentations and reports pertaining to clinic operations
• Assist and lead the implementation of tasks and clinic protocols to newly hired staff nurses, clinic receptionists, patient relation and appointment officer
• Evaluates staff nurses work performances and report to clinic head their performance rating, progressions and concerns
• Apply principles of evidence based practice in the delivery of care
• Provide safe, appropriate and holistic care to patients utilizing nursing process
• Communicate and explain effectively to patients their nursing care using culturally appropriate language
• Practice management and leadership skills in the delivery of patient care using a systems approach
• Apply techno-intelligent care systems and processes in health care delivery
• Practice nursing in accordance with existing laws, legal, moral and ethical principles
• Assess with the patient one’s health status/competence
• Formulate with the patient a plan of care to address the health conditions, health needs, problems and issues based on priorities.
• Institute appropriate corrective actions to prevent or minimize harm arising from adverse effect
• Report and document patient care accurately and comprehensibly. Ensuring completeness, integrity, safety, confidentiality and security of information.
• Apply principle of partnership and collaboration with inter, intra and multi-disciplinary team to improve delivery of health services

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Rotate in four departments of the hospital, Delivery Room, Emergency Room, General Ward and Medical Records

Delivery Room Nurse:

• Assisting pregnant patients throughout the birth process, working on a team with obgyne, pediatrician and midwives
• Periodically check pregnant patient’s cervix and determine how far dilated she is and reports it to the attending obgyne
• Monitors fetal heart beat, length and strength of contractions, during labor and delivery. Monitors vital signs of the mother
• Assist obgyne in inducing labor by administering medications as prescribed by the doctor
• Coaching the patient during labor and assisting with any complication that arise
• Newborn Care; get the foot prints of the newborn, put tag on the baby for identity reason

Emergency Room Nurse:

• Prioritize care based on the critical nature and severity of patient’s condition. Obtaining medical history, personal information and seeking doctor’s evaluation immediately for life-threatening issues
• Implementation of the nursing process
• Taking vital signs during the course of patient’s stay in the Emergency room
• Administer medication prescribed by the doctor, setting up and priming an intravenous infusion
• Assist doctor in stabilizing patient; minor medical procedures suturing wounds
• Monitor patients, making sure medications are given to checking on completion and results of diagnostic tests which are ordered.
• Accurate documentation

General Ward Nurse:
• Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans
• Implementation of the nursing process
• Monitor patient’s changes in their condition
• Monitor Vital signs
• Carrying out requisite treatments and medications
• Providing efficient, effective and safe bedside care
