1. Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
2. Working as a team with Team Manager, Team Caption and Team Members

4. Meeting and coaching with trainer and manager every 1-2 weeks to improve performance and skills in soft skills and product knowledge
1. Manage all schedule of CEO and for other colleagues
2. Make a reservation for plane, ticket, hotel, and conference room
3. Manage income and expense account for the company
4. Manage all documents such as sales documents, work permit and recruitment
