- Supervising and motivating a team of Production Supervisor, Production leaders and workers.
- Working with all managers to implement the company ‘s policies and goals.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of production equipments and machines.
- Monitoring, solving of quality issues and production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program.
- Reviewing workers performance and KPI.
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Update BOM for all products of Bakery.
- Test run new products and new machines and implement to production with R&D and Engineer team.
- Lead the team work for Non-conforming products and CAR analysis, then find out, solve and prevent the quality problem.
- Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Re-layout for packing section of Bakery plant that can reduce workers and increase capacity about 20%. Reduce waiting time process and prevent the quality problem from waiting for packing process.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Process optimization (The existing process and new process for new product/ process)
- Update new formula and implement / review manufacturing instruction that got from Technical center at Philippines and Singapore for Thailand plant and specify the critical control point that must be aware and special control. (Include training and refresh the critical control point and review/ update manufacturing instruction every year.)
- Preparation the PHA process (concern EHS) for new process / new product / new machinery for risk assessment checking, we can install new process / new product / new machinery or not. After that control/ supervise installation of new equipment & machinery with Plant Engineer include educate specification and operation (Can use new one for our plant or not) before buy and after installation must test run with plant engineer and production superintendent. Next, training/ teach the operation of new equipment & machinery to operator. ( Example, Install RO System instead of DI process for supply water to Water Base Compound process, New chiller 20 MT, New Coball Mill, New storage tank with mixing system, New packing RM with IBC Tote, New product -Additive Cement from Technical Center etc.
- Investigate, monitor, solving problem in process and plan preventive action that effect to quality issue and variation of products. Example, solve problem product over flow into Vacuum pump. Seeding and Variation color in some product etc.
- Create new projects (Six Sigma Projects), Improvement existing process and new process with concern EHS, Reduce process time, Increase % yield & Reduce % loss in process include modify process (Mixing, Cooling system and Optimize process Top Products of WR. GRACE.
- Manage cycle time for each mixer/ product per batch and analyze the production backlog and KG/Man hour, which are KPI of production for improvement and management over time to operator example, over time due to break down machine/ urgent order/ over capacity / RM shortage etc.
- Internal audit team for ISO9001 and EHS MS (global safety of WR.GRACE refer to USA regulation)
- Core team - IP (Implementing procedures) for safety in the main procedures, Hot work, Lock
Out-Tag out, High protection, Confine space, PPE in 2010
- Green Belt Training (Six sigma & lean) about tool for analytical new projects which can improve and generate saving at Kuala lumpur Malaysia on this April 19-23 by Master black belt from global of WR.Grace co.ltd;

- Solving problem in process both the result of lab not follow spec. and problem in machinery and equipment.
