Provide and propose new supplier for product cost down (Localization)

Coordinate with Headquarter in JAPAN for exchange information and reports.
Lead development of new ways of working to improve efficiency & quality of dept.
output and overall organization performance including attend the seminar &training
Provide technical guidance and safety assurance to teams through all stages of product
development
Line management and people development of a team
Created budgets and forecasts for the management group.
Summary monthly actual and report to management group.
Document process manuals and guidelines to establish best practice
