- Analyse process and quality problem with production expert team.
- Develop and review the curriculum for the correct information before transfer.
- Design, expand training and development program based on the needs of the organisation including adjust courses according to training conditions.
- Identifies performance gaps and works with production to develop and implement appropriate learning to improve performance for support Skill matrix project.

- Support the designers during the development to complete the new collections.
