brand promises, are operated efficiently, and are commercially viable.
+ Product Operations: Input and edit our products correctly in all our
internal systems and channels to enable proper distribution and reporting.
+ Product Marketing: Ensure that our product assets (images and videos)
and our tour descriptions are commercially attractive and accurately
describe our services and capture the spirit of our brand.
+ Brand Marketing: Build the tangible marketing material for both
customers and agents to communicate our brand promises and product

Major responsibility in conjunction with Manager of Sales & distribution to
ensure that all times, the Hotel is operating at maximum occupancy levels
and the following are achieved.
+ Responsible for handling incoming calls for the general enquiries request

Handling Group and F.I.T bookings either by phone, fax, and e-mail.
+ Maintaining reservation standards including conducting standards testing
and observing calls
+ Scheduling staff in order to ensure maximum service to guests
+ Training reservations staff and conducting performance appraisals
+ Make weekly training plan and train Reservation Agent
