- To be a liaison between Benchmark (Thailand) and supplier to maintain and develop quality level of part use on Benchmark (Thailand) assembly line.
- Monitor quality performance standard through quality evaluation on an on-going basis.
- Follow up SCAR and verify the effectiveness of corrective action.
- Interface with supplier for DFM (Design for manufacturing) during FA stage.
- Identify the critical parameter of piece part for control at supplier.
- Co-ordinate with supplier on quality issue for effective problem solving.
- Supervise SQE engineer or technician for SQE function.
- Assessment and evaluate of new supplier.

- Manage and achieve target goals set by customer and translate goals to specific supplier, measurable objectives for implementation.
- Working and coordinate with customer and supplier for unit (fiber optic module) which need to do the failure analysis.
- Make judgments quality issue of failure analysis report from supplier and clearing corrective actions and communication with customers
- Verify the customer return rates, minimal scrap rates and consistency of FA report quality and follow up supplier for failure analysis and action to achievement.
- Know to customer's expectations and drive actions from supplier to meet their target.

- Preparation of QA inspection instruction.
- Product & process quality plan establishment verification.
- Quality improvement program co-ordination.
- Return product verification, failure analysis and corrective action.
- Diagnoses quality problems to determine basic causes of difficulties, also provides technical assistance as required to other function, present analysis of facts to establish the nature of the problems for solutions and actions by the
appropriate department follows and reports progress to applicable management.
- Analyzes and identifies root causes, and feedback analyzes and recommendations, comes up with corrective action, follow and report progress to appropriate management.
- Determines and establishes the required quality procedures for controlling product and process quality, Special test and validation report.
