Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Work with management to define staffing plans.
Posting advertisements or approving advertisement for new employees.
Screening resumes and applications.
Setting interview appointments.
Administer assessment and being involved in the hiring process.
Managing onboarding program for employee to the business and culture.
Training & Development
Implement and manage all company training program including training or new employees and re-training of existing employee in order to maximize individual, team and overall company performance.
Ensuring that training is target specifically toward individual and company needs.
Provide employee supervision and evaluation, retraining of employees, offering mediation service for struggling employees as well as terminating employee that are not meet company standard.
Compensation and Benefits
Monitor and report to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary coordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments)
Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis
Provide recommendations and support to management decision.
Produce and submit the payroll journal and the Headcount report to Finance Department on a monthly basis.
Provide information to Expatriate staffs regarding Tax, Social Benefits
Provide information to Social Security Fund and Provident Fund.
Employee Welfare such a staff uniform, employee badge etc.
Employee Relations
To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs.
To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all department/staffs.
To assist in handling all local labor tribunal cases.
Employee activities e.g. New Year Party, Staff Meeting etc.
General Administration Management
Manage and create security rules & regulation, Service Maid work as proper schedule, parking, stationary, uniform and etc.
Responsible for land and building and control of company assets, furniture and equipments, customer, visitor and business partner and etc.
Responsible for the DCC part of the ISO 3 systems, ISO 9001:2008/ ISO 14001:2004/ OHSAS 18001:2007
Contacting government agencies About applying for a license and renewing it.
Achievement/ Success
I can review and re-create all 3 ISO systems documentation. While working HR Responsible.
Responsible for controlling and tracking HR Manager positions and Assistant Managers positions while at such positions. Available for a long time.
Organize overnight parking for your employees. This is a protracted problem for a long time.
Make changes to the fingerprint scans, pay for employee overtime, make changes from paper slip to email and make change from the paperless leave to e-leave.
