ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Improvement project assignment such as make TOR PR PO, compare contractors and manage on-site construction with them by coordinate with technicians. (budget up to 400,000 Baht per project)
• Sell a retail space such room, kiosk, and promotion area space and make a quotation.
• Maintain the relationship with existing customer by talk, meeting, and be friend to solving problem together while maintain company advantage simultaneously.
• Routine work such as manage 4 cleaning staff and 4 security guards, coordinate and solve tenants and visitor problem, inform technicians what need to be fixed.
• Contracts and licenses management such as tenant contract, escalator and elevator contract,
annual building and gas station license.
• Purchase an equipment such as tool and office equipment via ERP System.
