2.Documents and Records Control
3.Coordinate with Marketting team for support customer such as Registration process, Questionnaire and concetned documents
4. Audit and Certificate of Quality Management system
5. Internal audit
6. Customer audit
7. Supplier audit for select and evaluate supplier's performance
