ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Getting data of sales in from SAP/Tableau, summarizing, and reporting daily/weekly/monthly sales report to relevant team members and monitoring and analyzing sales to achieve company target.
- Getting data of sales out of soft drink and water market from Nielsen, summarizing, and analyzing Coca-Cola’s sales and competitors’ in especially in Modern Trade channel and also other trade channel if required.
- Getting data of sales out from customer‘s system (Nielsen and Dunnhumby), analyzing, and reporting to Key Account and Management.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales report or statistics report to support Key Account and Management if required.
- Service Development Project in 7-Eleven and FamilyMart: Planning project with Merchandising team, designing the methods of collecting data, monitoring and managing data, and summarizing project performance and result to Management.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Creating daily latex shipping documents including sale orders, invoices of rubber, delivery orders, shipment documents, commercial invoices, and credit/debit notes by using SAP ERP.
- Reviewing purchase order and submitting invoices to customer by using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba.
- Monitoring, handling, and dealing with any situations probably occur during latex delivery from Thai to Malaysia.
- Service and correspond customers.
- Coordinating with transporters, reserving and booking transportation for domestic and export deliveries.
- Coordinating with RAOT and Customs for latex export documents.
- Preparing monthly statistics report for the department if required.
