Analyze business opportunities to increase office furniture projects. Constantly develop the existing projects. Establish new partners and clients, and also maintain existing partners and clients. Develop and execute strategic business plans that aim to create Company revenue and profitability targets. Responsible for overall DIY office furniture business unit in USA. Works closely with business partner ( Hon in USA, DIY office Cabinet ) on sales planning, logistic, manufacturing, quality control and developing new products. Oversee the production of DIY products, ensure that products meet certain of acceptability. Set up a new production line for DIY products. Plan and coordinate with production manager to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. Develop and introduce new packaging solution for DIY products that satify customer.
