Establish and develop Corporate Identity standards for each and every Restaurant concept developed by the company, ensuring a consistent image and brand recognition for every outlet in every location.
Establish and develop a Marketing strategy for each and every concept to ensure a successful and consistent business development, including LSM promotion and Brand Promotion.
Plan and oversee execution of all marketing campaigns for the restaurants, achieving a maximum penetration and effective media selection based on market segmentation.
Develop and manage all Restaurants advertising campaigns adapting them to each concept, outlet locations and targeted market segment.
In partnership with Chef Manager and Restaurant Managers, organize and implement a successful yearly promotion calendar (daily, monthly, yearly specials ) for each restaurant concept based on their market segment, seasons and outlets locations.
Responsible for keeping the restaurants websites up-to-date with news, photos, promotions, menu changes.
Responsible for creating and building a strong social network presence using online social networking sites adapted to each restaurant concept and their respective Market segment.
Organize and supervise the production of all promotional material for the outlets, including menus, special promotions, and signage.
Supervise and coordinate the work of the Creative team of the Restaurants to ensure a consistent production of all designs required in a timely manner and following the Corporate Identity Guidelines of each Restaurant concept.
Ensure production of analysis reports for all marketing activity of the Restaurants: Executive Summary, Marketing Campaign analysis, financial analysis and conclusions/ recommendations.
Data System: Develop and Manage a Restaurant Customer Database with all relevant information, applying relevant data protection laws. Organize accurate collection of data in the restaurants.
Cost Control: Manage the Restaurant Marketing budget effectively to ensure delivery of all aspects of the required plan within established budget. This includes accurate reporting on all relevant budget vs. actual spent.
