- Receive inquiry and offering tours, tour packages, prepare travel programs correctly and completely to oversea agency and close sales.
- Liaising between with oversea agency to resolve light complexity issues and take care of information about various services that customers or oversea agency need through the email and phone, as well as taking care of customer support after sales.
