1. วางแผนการผลิต และควบคุมการผลิต โรงงานผลิตอาหารกุ้งชุบแป้งแช่แข็ง เพื่อการส่งออก, ควบคุมค่าแรงผลิต, yield, วางแผนการสั่งซื้อ Package, ingredientsและวัตถุดิบ, การบังคับบัญชาและการติดตาม,การประสานงาน, ควบคุม Supervisor 6 คน พนักงาน 180 คน, 2 กะ
2. ทีมระบบ GMP , HACCP , ISO9001:2016, BRC, IFS, BAP, WAQ, HALAL
3. ทีม SAFETY จป.หัวหน้างาน/วิทยากร
4. ทีม 5ส / KAIZEN / ตรวจติดตามภายในIQA / ตรวจ Suppliers
5. ทีมผลักดันสินค้าค้างสต๊อก จัดงานเปิดร้านขายหน้าโรงงาน และขายภายในประเทศ
