• Work collaboratively and closely with Sourcing hubs, Vendors, Hanes Europe Innerwear (HEI) team and Product Development on a daily basis to ensure on-time shipment and product launches
• Provide oversight of turn-key manufacturing, follow-up on material and testing results and track finished goods production
• Maintain regular contacts with vendors and regional Quality team to both anticipate and resolve any issues arising during production process
• Coordinate of PO release to the appropriate vendors and provide status update in the AtTask calendar
• Assure the vendor execution activities complying with company procedure and requirement
• Effectively manage and prioritize daily execution tasks and issues
• Coordinate for improvement the overall vendor performance to meet KPI
o Vendor accept PO on-time
o Schedule Adherence for on time shipment (100% ship within the designed ship window)
o Zero past due quantity
