ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Create suitable QA Standard & Planning according to Project/Job Package requirements.
2. Facilitate enhancement of working processes for control Scope, Time, Cost and Quality in EPC, Plant Engineering, EPCA, Tank Maintenance Service, TA and Job Packages.
3. Work as QA engineer to implement Quality Plan and promote deployment of working processes/procedures for Project Work and Maintenance Package as per the contracts.
4. Execute quality program & schedule and perform the quality audit both PTTME and Subcontractor of project/job package for complying with ISO 9001:2015, ISO10006:2003 (currently updated to ISO10006:2017) (Project Management System) and report proceeding to QA manager
5. Audit the site activities relating quality are being implemented in accordance with the Qualify Plan of Construction or Maintenance Package.
6. Prepare the quality related procedures and other documents supporting the Quality Plan in order to ensure suitability for the site work, and prepares procedures where appropriate.
7. Facilitate and Coordinate all discipline for provide solutions to the quality problems raised in all of Processes and all of Phases
8. Audit and find evidences for implementation of solutions to the quality problems and manage OFI (NC, Obs.) & Lesson Learnt to close Gap
9. Participates in the various meetings with all of stakeholders to clarify the project quality requirements.
10. Jointly prepare self-assessment with BU supervisors, for control Scope, Time, Cost, Quality in all Phases and assessment in accordance with Quality Audit Plan to verify that the performances of all parties concerned are in compliance with the quality requirements as per the contracts
11. Prepare information to discuss the quality of the project and maintenance packages of any problems that may arise or have already arisen and proposed resolution.
12. Prepare Reports of QA activities of project (QA Report, Nonconformance/Concession Report and Specific Problem if occurred) to QA manager.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Support data for testing valve in accordance with international standard (API)
2. Control quality for all of the routine incoming and outgoing products which are transported through SA warehouse in Rayong.
3. Control supply chain process for packaging, crating and transporting goods based on customer requirements.
4. In term of project work, inspect and monitor the quality of products before delivering to customer site.
5. In case there are punch list issues for quality control, generate corrective and preventive actions upon customer request.
