Managing the department to provided safety management program in new project.
Promote and monitor all aspects of HSE management within the region.
Coordinate with site safety, managements in zoning.
Ensure site zoning comply with safety requirements both warehouse, transportation.
Implement near miss, BBS program.
Conduct audits as required to monitor level of compliance in site zoning.
Involve investigation with sites zoning when any accident have.
Follow up the corrective / preventive actions effective closure and share the lesson learnt to HO to distribute to all sites.
For transport sites to ensure that site zoning comply 14 OSCPs transport safety requirements.
Ensure that all sites comply staff bus, van safety compliance.
Ensure the transport sites implement the drivers log sheet, pre-de briefing.
Conduct the monthly safety meeting with zoning to robust the safety requirements.
Assist to work with site zoning once has new project. To ensure new project in zoning will comply with all requirements.
To do review safety inspections, safety committee inspection at zoning.
Follow up and review safety plan with site zoning

Managing the department to provided health, safety, environmental and quality advice relevant to the operation and maintenance of a major hazard.

Setting up a plan and routine checks for all safety equipment.
Conducting incident investigations, supporting the site by facilitating investigations and providing methodology support.
Being responsible for establishing and maintaining management systems required for the site to achieve its HSEQ objectives with due regard for occupational and safety process
