Work as Supervisor scheduling production department for 2 year at Pandora production company.
Scope of responsibilities
1. Manage and made master plan of production.
2. Summary all result and all report for update to management.
3. Tracking and follow up master plan .

Work as PCI Leader at continuous improvement department for 2 year at Pandora production company.
Scope of responsibilities
1. Manage improvement project to achieved with improvement plan.
2. Drive and manage result of improvement project to achieved with target.
3. Analyze and investigate root cause of defect. (DOE , FMEA ,Statistic, etc)
4. Create improvement concept such as modify new tooling, device or change WI for solve the problem in each project.
5. Make improvement with supervisor and manager in each problem section.
6. Head of the project ; call team meeting , center of the project.
7. Evaluate performance score to all supervisors.
Remark : Performance score came from project achievement.

Scope of responsibilities
1. Sets up new Tooling for Production Line/Inspects incoming part of the Equipment /
tools before assembly.
2. Takes corrective action when Equipments / Tooling have any failures/Controls
Assembly the equipment.
3. Maintain accuracy and precision for an assembly machine.
4. Set and Install new process / pilot line / prepare sample.
5. Qualify new process to comply customer ' s requirement.
6. Always look for Process quality , Productivity improvement.
7. Check Tester’s GR&R and Correlation summary, FMEA, DOE / Machine
8. Support and doing QCC project with Team Process Eng.
