As GSA of Uzbekistan Airways in Thailand, my job descriptions were to sale and issue tickets for individual passengers and group passengers, to make reservation of flights by phone and walk in passengers, to cooperate with airport officers and cargo officers, to collaborate with cargo representative agents in Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan, to book and to manage shipments that had been loaded and arrived at the port of their destinations, to clear all received cash and report to an accountant manager in daily, to solve all problems when it had been occurred from passengers, tickets, cargos and agents. To make monthly report and send to the account department of the company and general manager of airline. Beside I also did other assignments above my duties when I was asked from Thai and Uzbekistan general manager.
