- Control and supervise import and export of products to meet the quality standards.
- Selected, Specialist Employee of purchasing to training staff about form submission.
- Responsible 5 brands : KFC, Auntie Anne's, Mister Donut, Ootoya , Cold Stone
- Responsible full supply chain process for KFC brand: Import purchasing, analysis forecast, replenishment products, open PO to Supplier, Check and Confirm document all about Import process, Run payment approval and open cheque for customs import duty.
- Operate and control for the most smoothly import process integration involves collaborative work between buyers and suppliers, joint product training, common systems, negotiates and shared information
- Forecast and branch marking best process.
- Create Presentation and summary of business matching and training with suppliers.
- Report cost saving and holding process of account.
- Create Excel to analyst distance of transport charge (V-lookup)
- Negotiation with supplier in English.
- Sourcing new product and presentation with brand.
