- Handle foreign customers on the product price, samples, orders and complaints
- Execution sales and marketing activity to meet customer or another customer inquiries, and target
- Keep customers informed of company services, new products feature, price movements, product supply situation
- Propose new product to customers and setup the price
- Expanding business through customer development and market penetration
- responsible for handling issues regarding complaints of sold products,
claim processing
- Maintaining good relationship with customers and new prospects
- Follow up order processing to achieve sales target, payment tracking and on-time delivery management
- Assistance Export sales manager and Sales Director works as per assign
- Prepare monthly reports for management on performance business production, market share, trends and business opportunities.
