Working as an Industrial Engineer in the Operation Support Department
• Capacity Planning: utilization resources, which are machines, to make them have no maximum capacity.
• Productivity & Efficiency measurement & improvement: find out and solve to reason for downtime in the production system.
• Implement Lean concept (SMED) and Kanban system to production activity.
• Quotation for a product (HPU): giving a unit time per a piece of product to Marketing Department for prefers RFQ to customer.
• Line Balancing: Time & Motion study for Find out and solve for bottleneck.
• Processing Flow Method: makes a process flow as a job shop guideline for process engineer and production department.
• Plant layout control: re-layout for all resource to short flow & space utilization
• Storage & Handling Equipment (SHE): Design, find out and control for qualified SHE to production line.
• Cost reduction: monitoring & find out the solution to control indirect material cost.

• Cost Analysis :
- Quotation for a product (HPU): giving a unit time per a piece of product.
- From HPU of product to analyze the cost of production (labour overhead, machine and facilities) for prefers RFQ to customer.
• Respond as production planning of PCBA function :
- Capacity Planning: calculate & planning from MPS for utilizes resources, which are machines required, headcount required, Tool & Equipment required.
- Time & motion study / Line balancing / create Line configuration by model
