SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Manage & Coordinate closely with internal and external to ensure that all occurred problem are effective handled/fixed and escalated under procedure/process. Manage technical skill for Engineer and partner to match with business. Set up and conduct Engineer/partners/customers meeting by monthly to ensure that we're deliver a good services to achieve customer requirement and satisfied customers.
