• Training Material Creation: Facilitate / Develop engaging and interactive trainingmaterials, including presentations, job aids, videos, e-learning, and otherresources, to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions formanufacturing operations teams, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that thecontent is delivered effectively and meets the needs of diverse learning styles.
• Training Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to measurethe effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, andcontinuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest technologies, systems, andprocesses related to manufacturing operations management, and effectivelycommunicate changes or updates to relevant teams.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trainingrecords, including attendance, feedback, and performance assessments, andgenerate comprehensive reports to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
