Analyst/Support HMI/SCADA application
Perform test/edit HMI/SCADA existing for add machines or equipment to support engineer team
Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting software
Support project team or vendors to implement newly system
Upgrade application and database
Backup/Restore SQL database
Manage supplier for maintenance Data Center Air,UPS
Troubleshoot application and hardware (i.e desktops, laptop, scanners, printers)
Investigate root cause when we found incident
Manage supplier for maintenance hardware printer/computer/ Server
Maintain IT Asset
Install/rebuild windows, configure application/printers/Scanner
Manage Change/Incident
Manage ticket with SLA
Manage Active directory
Deploy MS Security Patch/ Update MacAfee on manufacturing client
Monitoring system / health check application/database
Perform start-up and shut-down checklists/procedures at start/end of production
Coordinate between global team/user for solve major issue
Remote troubleshoot client
Create document about technical/improve IT process
