Prepare for visa application documents as required by immigration for Thai employees who are assigned to work and/or undertake training aboard such as visa to entering to Nigeria, Chad, Brunie,Malaysia,UAE
Tracked the attendance of the training programs arrange by the Safety department.
Review training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and ensure systems are in place to record training, in order to facilitate reporting.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
