To implement, develop and maintain the quality core tools of ISO/TS16949 (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP) and other improvement programs to the organization, able to work in cross functional team in effort to support continuous improvement methods using technical and statistical tools. Apply tools, interpret information and apply team concepts both as a leader and member to drive improvement effort.

● Drive whole product and material quality business to implemented in AX system.
● Performs research and analysis to support business operations.
● Perform business process gap analysis, risk assessment and manage requirement change.
● Plans and designs business system and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business process and activities to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
● Develop functional design documents.
● Design system based on technical design documents. Includes hands on designing document deliverable, configuration, master data and testing step.
● Act as "business owner" for the project to be contact channel about system, to guide the team making the right choices, to maximize project & customer success.
● Perform set up master data, configuration and user acceptance testing.
● Collaborate closely with technical teams to configure and optimize as customer experience.
● Coach inexperienced team members and provide advice and suggestion for issues.
● Develop manual training for end user.
● Conducts training and on-the-job coaching to end user.

Mission: Implement all aspects of industrial engineering in EMTC, with a focus on the topics that bring cost saving in the mid and long term, covering production, as well as support and administrative departments. Manage and coordinate activity of production to achieve quantity, timing & quality as requirement plan and control the flow of inspection and packing.
Main Job:
● Support roll out of LIFE in departments: identification of opportunities, planning and implementation of actions.
● Implement, coordinate and follow up known methods in the factory (6S, SOPs, lay out modifications, PCP implementation, SMED, performance management.
● Support departments in Suggestions/ Kaizen implementation.
● Train workforce to lean, LIFE tools, from operators to middle managers.
● Lead special improvement projects, study productivity improvements through time and motion studies, define specific action plans to improve OEE.
● Coordinate reporting activity OEE improvement, implement or improve existing reporting systems.
● Analyze data from report and suggest improvement plans.
● Coordinate with production activity for problem solving.
● Manpower recruit, utilize, arrangement & motivate to achieve work goal & company regulation
● Monitoring production result such as productivity, quality (% NC cosmetic & packing performance), yield and control the flow lens.

● Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system and associated documentation, including procedures and work instructions.
● Perform root-cause analysis and problem solving, along with facilitating the implementation of corrective action for process or product issues.
● Work with customers to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective action.
● Support continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system and other improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen events, QCC, etc.
● Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products is in accordance with approved data.
● Monitor supplier quality performance and facilitate supply-chain improvements, along with requesting corrective and preventive actions and performing supplier audits as required.
● Ensure effective operation of the Quality Management System to consistently provide products and services that satisfy customers’ requirements along with statutory and regulatory requirements.
● Support inspection and test personnel to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
● Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System, document and communicate findings, and facilitate root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
● Develop training programs and conduct training sessions to build quality awareness and to promote continuous process improvement.
● Develop and facilitate quality improvements, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
● Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and analyze measurement data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
