o Provide daily and weekly plans and design layouts to ensure production requirements are
met as per budget in compliance with safety and engineering standards.
o Optimize grade control and minimize dilution in partnership with ore control through mine
designs, plans and best practices. Maintain constant communication with geology grade
control team to ensure ore delineation is completed in timely fashion.
o Design and produce drill and blast layouts as per standards.
o Designed drill holes placement, charge quantity and initiation sequence.
o Controlled quality of drill and blast operations including holes depth, quantity and tie
system.
o Improved drill and blast system resulted in better fragmentation and floor evenness.
o Measuring vibration and air blast for each explosion.
o Managed waste dumps and Acid Mine Drainage.
o Managed water issues.
o Provide daily and weekly reports. Lead daily and weekly forecast meetings.

o Design and control drainage system of tailings storage facility according to the engineering
