Control the use of factors of production (people, machines, production methods, raw materials, and working
environment to achieve maximum efficiency and meet the specified production standards.) Production plan
in accordance with designated company policies. Supervise the production of the work according to the
production plan. Solve work problems during production and in case subordinates cannot solve them.
Plan for the use of the machine manpower of raw materials to be suitable for production capacity. Set a daily
monthly production schedule. Control and monitor the production process effectively. Participate in the
selection and evaluation of the out source of maintenance work . Organize a prototype work. Plan control
and monitor the safety and working environment of employee maintain the ISO/IATF 19649 quality
management system to comply with the requirements . Operate in accordance with the Environmental
management system ISO14001 . Participate in the commission as assigned. and Others as assigned
