Recruitment
- Design and implement a recruiting system in an organization and training on using the recruiting framework for team members.
- Manage overall recruitment process and support strategic staffing plan for department to ensure that required skills/competencies are filled up per business requirements.
- Gathering detailed information on the job order and identifying competencies of the role to facilitate an effective recruitment drive.
- Provide recruiting for IT positions such as System Analyst, Business Analyst, Automated Tester, Software Tester, Developer, Data Engineer, UX Designer, Digital Marketer, etc.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Own and manage employee orientation/onboarding experience and HR Chatbot system.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR recruitment department.
Payroll and Benefits
- Manage monthly payroll process and operations for all employees with accuracy and in a timely manner, and ensure all related transactions (e.g., overtime, allowances, social security contribution, provident fund, student loan fund) must be accurate and linked directly with the payroll payment cycle.

- Provide recruiting for IT positions such as Programmer (Java, C# .Net, RPA, ETL, etc.), Software Tester, Automate Tester, System Analyst, Business Analyst, Mobile Developer, IT Support, Application Support, etc.
