- To count up the goods and make sure the accuracy before shipping to customers.
- Responsible for check stock in warehouse and control warehouse system run smoothly.
- Draft and publish company's selling product articles on company website as well as Lazada website.
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic documents.
- Perform tasks as assigned by manager.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
