Project manager as requested by MD
Co-ordinate the daily operation with all divisions.
Co-ordinate with purchasing managers of Modern Trade
Organizing and attending meetings as and when necessary
Perform all-round secretarial duties including managing day-to-day correspondence.
Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business trip, presentation materials preparation, documentation and filing
Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes when necessary
Welcome and looking after visitors. Including the need to create a good image, reliability and respect for the people in the organization.
Work with team members, supervisors, and MD to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
