- Monitor and support all aspects of AS400 systems
- Perform Hardware/Software upgrades and software updates including PTFs
- Manage AS400 user profiles, security, output queues, remote printing, job queues, data transfer
- Support change management, system backup and disaster recovery
- Provide AS400 technical expertise and training to peers and users as needed.
