-Work on floor in the shop to be responsible for merchandising ,customer service and managing day-to-day operations of department and all over store
-Ensure high store operations standard and manage store delivery routine before opening.
-Analyze store sales report and monitor sales performance.
-Manage labour productivity.
-Advice staff training and development.
-Manage visual merchandising to attract and drive customer to the stores.
-Planning and prepare for special promotion period.
-Leading and driving a sales team to achieve sales targets.

1. ทํางานบนพื้นในร้านเพื่อรับผิดชอบการขายสินค้า การบริการลูกค้า และการจัดการการดําเนินงานประจําวันของแผนกและทั่วร้าน
2. รับรองมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของร้านค้าที่สูงและจัดการขั้นตอนการจัดส่งของร้านค้าก่อนเปิด
3. วิเคราะห์รายงานการขายของร้านค้าและติดตามประสิทธิภาพการขาย
4. จัดการมอบหมายงาน ให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพ
5. การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาความรู้กับพนักงาน
6. จัดสินค้าให้น่าสนใจเพื่อดึงดูดและผลักดันลูกค้าให้เกิดการซื้อด้วยความสะดวก
7. วางแผนและเตรียมพร้อมสําหรับช่วงโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ
8. เป็นผู้นําและขับเคลื่อนทีมขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
