Priority accountability
- Responsible to manage all engineering activities relating to waste water treatment plant and Detail Design, Fabrication, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning activities to ensure are performed in accordance with design
- Support technical information advice related to wastewater treatment for all projects. Acts as a focal point, to provide advice either personally or in conjunction with discipline engineers.
- Manage planning and control waste water treatment programs for waste water treatment projects.
- Directs and manages the preparation of feasibility study and conceptual design, FEED and Detailed engineering by consultants for works that have a process, mechanical, instrument/control, structural and electrical content for support waste water treatment plant.
- Control cost of waste water treatment department to meet Company requirements.
- Manage and control department performance to meet the standard of EHS, ISO standard system, 5S, KAIZEN, customers’ standard and any assigned standard according to company policies.
- Review or take part towards HAZOP, Project Safety Plan, Technical Audits and Value Engineering during various phases of Projects.
- Ensure to maintain “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place with area of responsibility.
- Initiate and develop process efficiency and cost reduction from upstream to downstream.
- Other task will be assigned by management team.

Project Policies, Procedures and Systems
- Reduce waste water trip send out to other site or other disposer.
- Control waste water quality after treat below run off water standard as Thai regulation.
- Verify and check that all the cross contamination not affect to the environmental.
- Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and implement instructions and controls covering a specific area of activity so that relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.

Budget and Plans
- Assists in the preparation of engineering components of project budgets to facilitate the preparation and presentation of the complete Budget for management approval.
- Monitors the financial performance of engineering budgets in order that area of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly.
