Secretary to MD
Provide administrative support to MD and other members of the executive team, such as dealing with incoming calls/inquiries, assisting& welcoming clients/visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and solving a wide range of administrative problems.
Maintain MD's calendar, planning for the meeting, teleconference, and travel arrangement.
Support company partners, handled bank deposits and other account documents.
Planned and coordinated PR initiatives, business events, and more.
Prepare, compose, proofread, and edit all official documents such as letters, agendas, presentation, weekly and monthly reports and handle all internal and external correspondence, and takes minutes during the meeting.
Perform secretarial and administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Keep track of agendas for GM + Top Management of the company and related and car arrangement as well

Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
English translation verbal (meeting with suppliers, customers, internal staff) and written email or letter for GM on a continuous basis, and also ad hoc for the company's related visitors.
Facilitate for all meetings, prepare the document and arrange the meeting in the section of the English language and taking the Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
