Transportation Management: Organize and facilitate transportation for customers, visitors, and guests as needed.
Monthly Expense Management: Review and clear the company’s monthly expenses within the designated timeframe.
HR Budget Review: Summarize and review the monthly HR budget plan.
HR Report Preparation: Prepare and review monthly HR reports and presentations.
Operations Meeting Participation: Occasionally represent the HR manager in operations meetings with the management team.
Internal Event Organization: Act as the master of ceremonies and manage internal company events.
Coordination with Related Agencies: Liaise with external agencies such as government bodies and contract partners.

Track Lost or Found Baggage and Damage: Monitor lost or found baggage and damage from flights according to the airline’s policies, including:
- Compensation for damages, such as arranging repairs or providing monetary compensation to
passengers.
- Tracking the status of lost baggage and ensuring its delivery to the passenger's destination based
on available information.
- Following up on cases with the responsible airline for baggage loss claims involving other airlines or
airports, using the airline's global systems.
Left Luggage Services for Arrivals: Provide assistance for lost or damaged baggage from arrival flights, supporting over 60 airlines.
Delayed Baggage Delivery: Arrange delivery of delayed baggage to passengers at their accommodation or any other destination.
Additional Services: Offer other related services as needed.
Stationed at the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge
Providing service to VVIP passengers, Business Class passengers, and Singapore Airlines Gold-tier members and above
Serving passengers who are Star Alliance Gold members and above, such as those from Thai Airways, etc.
