-Ensured customer were satisfied with every part of holidays.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints in resort, excursion, transfer. Recommended solutions of activities.

* Escort guide for FAM TRIP of TAT and Travel Agent Inspection for their smooth trip.
* Guide for incentive group
* To guiding the guests on an excursion
* To meet and greet guests appropriately upon arrival at the airport then escort to the hotel

* Reservation ; dealing with booking by phone, email, fax.
