-Inform residents of information .
-Answer questions by phone and e-mail.
-Create invoices and create receipts.

-Coordinate building, employees and residents.
-Coordinate courier documents (in-out) with DHL.
-Follow up on outstanding debts.
-Contact and coordinate various assigned tasks.
-Manage incoming and outgoing documents and letters.
-Import parcels box into the system.
-Receive complaints from residents and solve problems that arise.
