- User support
- Support more than 1,300 computers in thefactory
- Support software, hardware, printer (Dot-matrix, Inkjet, Laser, Plotter), TV, phone
- Core switch, Switch, Access Point, LAN, Wifi
- Remote desktop, mini config switch, configrouter
- MS.Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint,Forms, Power Automate, Service-Now,Software Center
- Replace every new computer every 3 years,including switch and Access point
