ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบและเตรียมความพร้อมของ
เครื่องจักร ผู้ควบคุมเครื่อง และกำลังคนในการเดินเครื่องการผลิต
ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างเต็ม ประสิทธิภาพ
แก้ปัญหาที่พบในระหว่างการเดินเครื่องเพื่อ ควบคุมคุณภาพ ปริมาณ
ของผลผลิต
ให้เพียงพอต่อกำลังการผลิต
2.รับสมุดบันทึกการทำงานของพนักงานกะที่ผ่านมาและส่งมอบสมุด
บันทึกการทำงาน
3.จัดเตรียมชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น
เพื่อทำแผนการซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรที่ชำรุด และต้องทำแผนการปรับ
เปลี่ยนตามอายุการใช้งาน
4.จัดเก็บ อุปกรณ์
เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้และทำความสะอาด 5 ส. พื้นที่ที่อยู่ ในความรับผิดชอบ ของหน่วยงานให้สะอาดเป็นนระเบียบเรียบร้อยอยู่เสมอ
5. ปฏิบัติและดำเนินการตามมาตรฐาน GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001
