ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Analyzing trend of customer forecast & order to cope with safety stock & fluctuation (Kanban/Pull system).
Reviewing production capacity to evaluate the feasibility of new model production (In-house/ Outsourced).
Determining & Distributing to concerned parties for monthly production plan. (In-house/ Outsourced).
Coordinating with other concerned departments to ensure that all resources are appropriate for production.
Reviewing & Analyzing data of Statistical Process Control (SPC:-Xbar-R chart)
Controlling outsourced maker, Verifying conformance of incoming work-in-process part.
Auditing outsourced maker, Evaluating performance as supplier development program.
Survey & trend analysis of the obstacles and problems within the plant.

Following-up the result of action plan & Reporting to top management in monthly KPI meeting.
Improving effectiveness of production process (line balance), equipment handling to reduce production cost.
